When attempting to supernaturally birth the promises of God into your life, and life situations, it is important for you to know that your hope must only be in what the Word of God says, and nothing else. Psalm 119:114 (NIV) states "You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in Your Word." Psalms 119:114 teaches that hope is to be placed on the Word of God (God) - and that Word of God (which is where your hope is to be) is to also be your refuge, and shield. You can't put your hope in nice things, positive things, people, or what people say, - as those things don't have a firm guarantee in the spirit realm. As a born again Christian, you can only place your hope in what the Word of God says, as that Word is backed by a guarantee from God. In life when you decided to establish your hope on the Word of God (in order to birth that Word of God into your life and / or life situation), many enemies to the Word of God (that you are attempting to birth) could / will arise along the way. These enemies to the Word of God, could come from tiredness, hunger, ailments in the body, sinful thoughts, sinful emotions, negative past memories, ungodly perceptions, sinful imaginations, a will that is contrary to the Word of God, your personality, secular advice, popular opinion, societal norms, various types of temptation, etc. Whatever enemies that arise in your life along your hope walk, ensure that you stay fixated on what you are attempting to hope in, and manifest (the Word of God).
