In the early seventies, my band, Silver Dynamite, transformed popular music with our trilogy of albums, 'Dungeons of Darkness', 'Dungeons of Doom', 'Dungeons of Despair'.
I formed the band in my home town of Nuneaton, in the mid-sixties, with my best friend Terry Atherstone. After the release of three, poor to mediocre albums, we hit the big time with 'Dungeons'. For a while we enjoyed the speeding train of fame, but inevitably we hit the buffers.
In the same disastrous year, we lost our drummer, 'Crazy' Kenny Campbell, and, worse still, my best friend and lead singer, Terry.

In September, I took the opportunity of some TV presenting, and a fans' Convention in Las Vegas, to visit the site of Terry's death, and whilst there, I tried to find out more about the cult at their base in nearby Yucca Springs, California.
The outcome was that I narrowly escaped with my life. I now have vital information about the cult, and I am on a witness protection programme run jointly by the Dept. of Justice and United States Federal Witness Protection Program (WITSEC).
My diary also records everyday life in the 'Piddletons', as the four local villages here in The Cotswolds are known, and the peculiarities of some of my neighbours.
