I have been absolutely amazed at the complexity of the whole prison situation and the variety of rules and authorities that oversee the various facilities.
I want to offer some ideas here for consideration. My ideas will probably not be boring but they may be impractical in many facilities because of design differences, regulating authorities and geographical variables.
