Two Hands: A Guide for Inner Healing Prayer by Ann Muller (Access Press) 4.4 Stars (15 Reviews)    Price verified 4 hours ago

Has someone close to you ever said, "You are overreacting," when you are upset about a problem at home or at work? Do you find yourself thinking, "I should be over this by now - time is supposed to heal." These experiences could be signs that healing is needed. Often our reaction to current situations involves not only the immediate pain, but also stored pain from similar occurrences earlier in life. This old hurt can rob us of our peace and joy. It seems resistant to healing, even when loving people show kindness to us. It persists, although we pray and make every effort to be close to God. We may conclude that what ails us, such as rejection, anger, anxiety, shame, or fear, is part of us and always will be, though we may not be able to explain when or how it began. At the same time, we would love to dare to hope that we could be healed. This guide describes a model of prayer for healing and freedom of the heart. The model comes out of the author's own healing journey and her experiences in praying with others in multiple cultural milieus. God does not prevent every hurtful event we experience in this imperfect world, yet God can heal us from the effects. The guide contains scriptural reflections on prayer, including accounts of the prayers prayed by Moses, Daniel, David and others. The model especially emphasizes the role God has given to Jesus, not as a figure owned by a particular religious group, but as the healer and deliverer sent by God for the benefit of all.

Edgar Cayce on Vibrations: The Building Blocks of Creation by Kevin Todeschi 4.6 Stars (14 Reviews)    Price verified 7 minutes ago

In spite of how the physical world may appear to our eyes, science has discovered that all of matter is composed of vibrating atoms. Our five senses use vibrations to perceive and understand the world around us. We feel and project both "good" and "bad" vibrations in our relationships with others. Even the vibrations of places, things, and the environment have a tremendous impact on us. On hundreds of occasions over a period of 40 years, the famous psychic and seer Edgar Cayce discussed vibrations long before they were a topic of either science or conversation. He spoke about the impact of vibrations on health and healing, on consciousness, on our experience with locations, on sound, color, gems and stones, and on each individual. In fact, Cayce believed that all of life is essentially One Force manifesting at different levels of vibration and that each of us is in the process of creating a personal vibration. Todeschi has pulled together a powerful vision of the influence of vibration in our lives and our relationships. Not only does he examine how everything is comprised of vibration but he explains how we continue to shape the vibrations of the world around us. Ultimately, Edgar Cayce on Vibrations is an examination of how vibrations are truly the building blocks of all of Creation.

The Arrival, 55,500,000 B.C., Secrets of the Ancient World: 2022 Edition by Michael Hawking 3.6 Stars (114 Reviews)    Price verified 7 minutes ago

Explore the Realities behind Legends of Antediluvian Civilizations and Ancient Extraterrestrial Influences. Contemporary research reveals a stunning antiquity of civilization on our planet as archaeology unearths buried civilizations and discovers long submerged cities. Previous academic theories of the origins of civilization have fallen forfeit to finds at archaeological sites worldwide: Gunung Padang in Indonesia (c. 22,000 BC); inscriptions in the ancient Egyptian Temple of Edfu, recounting a historical record extending back to 18,000 BC; Nabta Playa in the Sahara Desert of southern Egypt (c. 16,500 BC); Puma Punku in the Andean Mountains of western Bolivia (c. 15,000 BC); Göbekli Tepe in the Anatolia region of Turkey (c. 12,000 BC); and a stunning new discovery under the ice of the Antarctic Continent, estimated to have been constructed as early as 55,500,000 BC. The evidence of exceedingly ancient civilizations, coupled with the remaining traces of their advanced technologies and abilities, raises profound questions. Archaeologists point out that many of those constructions -- such as the Great Pyramid or the incredibly precise andesite stonework at Puma Punku -- would even today be extremely difficult to duplicate and certainly impossible to surpass. Bearing mute witness to the magnificence of mysterious ancient civilizations, the whole theory of progress hesitates before these testaments in stone. How did small stone-age cultures rise to the level where they were able to construct vast cities and immense megalithic complexes? The creation stories of civilizations worldwide relate that their progenitors came from the stars or the heavens. Native Americans recount that their antecedents were "The Sky People" and "Star Beings." The builders of Teotihuacan describe their gods as having descended from the heavens. Egyptian texts speak of their "bringers of knowledge" coming from Sahu and Sopdit (Orion and Sirius) in a "cosmic egg radiating colored light," ...

From Meidelach to Matriarchs ~ A Journal: Jewish Women of Yesteryear to Inspire your Today by Mirta Ines Trupp 5.0 Stars (5 Reviews)    Price verified 7 minutes ago

In recent years, journal writing, or engaging in expressive writing, has been proven to have a positive impact on the participant. It helps one to be more mindful, to be grateful. It helps improve focus and alleviates stress. But studies have shown that simply writing onto a blank page doesn't necessarily produce positive benefits. As with everything else, it's the intention that matters. It's about introspection and connection. In this journal, you will have the opportunity to become acquainted -- or reacquainted -- with one hundred Jewish women of yesteryear. You will have one hundred opportunities to motivate your creativity, your philanthropy, your Jewish observance -- your Jewish identity. Jennifer Wulff, Certified Spiritual Director, states, "Expressive journaling becomes a sacred and holy space where you can explore your deepest questions and strengthen the connections between yourself and the Divine." Take a few minutes each day. Allow yourself to be inspired. There are prompts to jot down your thoughts, but use the other space to scribble a few notes, ask G-d for guidance -- put things into perspective. There is no pressure, no judgement. That's the beauty of this journal. No one needs to know; it's just between you and the Woman of Valor that lives inside you. This is an enlightening resource and a lovely gift for all Jewish women. Here are a few suggestions: • Bat Mitzvah • Confirmation • Hebrew School Teacher • Rabbi • Cantor • Birthday • Chanukah • Sisterhood • Woman of Valor Award • Book club • Dvar Torah

Everyday Ethics by Philip Wik (A Blue Kitten Book) 5.0 Stars (2 Reviews)    Price verified 7 minutes ago

Everyday Ethics is my effort to try to understand ethics. We live in a world of many values and voices. Some bellow from a landscape of moral relativism. Money, power, and celebrity are voices that overpower the quieter voices of tradition. But the paradox is that sometimes the louder voices are the right voices. That popularity isn't always wrong and tradition isn't always right is the enduring challenge for those seeking guidance on how we should live. Ethics pervades the way we choose our leaders, raise our children, and how we work and play. Everyday ethics is at the core of our humanity. CONTENTS Chapter One: A Wilderness of Mirrors Chapter Two: Ethical Dilemmas Chapter Three: A Theory of Ethics Chapter Four: Extremist Ethics Chapter Five: Religious Ethics Chapter Six: Military Ethics Chapter Seven: How Then Shall We Act?

Carl Jung and the Rebirth of the Soul: A New Myth for the 21st Century by N Wauben 4.5 Stars (24 Reviews)    Price verified 7 minutes ago

Although many great books have already been written on the ideas of Carl Jung, it was until the Black Books were published in 2020 (more than 60 years after Jung's death) not possible to incorporate Jung's initial fantasies and dreams into such a book. Even though the Black Books were written by Jung between 1913 and 1932, Jung kept his initial fantasies largely to himself, however, as Jung would later claim as well, his most important ideas originated from these initial fantasies and dreams. Therefore, in order to acquire a deeper understanding of the ideas of one of the greatest thinkers of the 20th century, it is essential to examine Jung's preliminary works as well. As a result, it is the aim of this book to provide its reader with an understanding of the contents of Jung's initial fantasies and dreams and illustrate how these impacted Jung's most important ideas. Interestingly, however, the contents of the Black Books and the Red Book (Published in 2009), and the way in which these books have been written is, at the least, untypical. For some it might simply be strange, unbelievable, and unscientific. For others, it might be extremely impressive, thought-provoking, and even life changing. Correspondingly, this book also discusses how the publication of the Red Book and the Black Books in recent years can shed a new light on Jung's theories and explore how they might perhaps help us deal with some of our current dilemmas. Whereas our external world continues to develop rapidly, our internal world is often neglected and left in the dark. Jung noticed that this applied to himself as well and throughout the exploration of his initial fantasies and dreams, Jung attempted to reconnect with his own unconscious world and his own soul. This was not an easy journey, and Jung's discoveries can teach us a lot about our own unconscious world. At the same time, they can also illustrate how we might attempt to reconnect with our own soul. Moreover, as discussed ...

Dreams, Visions, Angels, & The Holy Spirit (Life in Christ) by Joan Boney 5.0 Stars (3 Reviews)    Price verified 7 hours ago

There are so many wonderful powers of God used by God by the will of God for HIS people. Since the Bible shows us many examples of God's use of dreams, visions, angels and the Holy Spirit, to accomplish HIS will, there is ample reason to believe God uses the same thing today by HIS will, as HE wills, for the church. If we see these things used in the Bible, there is reason to believe the same things can be used today to help us in the church. (Or if God chooses HE can invent new things to help us! HE is God!) But our faith in God is often increased when we consider examples of the power of God in the Bible and the testimony of God using His power in the lives of individuals in the church today! In this book, you will see reviews of Bible examples along with examples of dreams, visions, angels and the work of the Holy Spirit, used by God to help individuals in today's church. These examples should build our faith in God. It is all done according to the will of God. God speaks to us today and does with each of us today as HE wills. Joan Boney

The Field of Glow: My Life with Angels and Celestial Beings by William C. Schulz 5.0 Stars (39 Reviews)    Price verified 37 minutes ago

The Field of Glow takes you on a deeply moving journey through the unseen but very real world of the celestial. In an intimate account of his lifelong experiences with angels, as well as encounters with saints and sages long since departed, William opens our hearts to a field of love and light. He shares heartwarming stories from the crib to the present day. These stories are magical and uplifting. And they are profoundly enriched with the wisdom of Archangel Michael as related directly to the author. The Field of Glow is soul-stirring. It is life-changing. It is at times funny, always thought-provoking, and highly accessible to all of us. And as we gain this glimpse of another reality we find ourselves believing, or at least considering, life's full range of possibilities -- a reality we have always known deep inside ourselves to be true. The Field of Glow is a delightful spiritual journey into the beautiful radiance of life. FROM THE AUTHOR "These are my stories but they have been polished and infused with the love of the angels. When I started writing, Archangel Michael came to let me know that I didn't need to do this on my own. He gave me insight and visions, and even helped me find the words to describe my experiences. In addition, Michael shared his own inspiring messages of love, caring, and compassion."

A wide-ranging journey through atheism and its surprising digressions by Michael J. Vaughn, author of the best-selling atheist novel, The Popcorn Girl. Jesus Is A Black Man: An Inconvenient TRUTH by Evangelist T. C. Wanyanwu (Majesty Printing Press) 4.5 Stars (91 Reviews)    Price verified 57 minutes ago

In the ancient times, it was no secret that Jesus Christ was a Black man from the tribe of Judah. The early Jews knew it because they were also Blacks. The Romans knew it, and the Greeks knew it. In fact, all the people of his time, and long afterwards, knew that the Messiah Christ Jesus was a Black man. This book is an inconvenient truth that you may not be ready to read. Through this book, you get answers to the following: ? What is the mind of God on Idolatry which consists not only in the worship of false gods, but also in the worship of the true God by images? ? Is Jesus really a Black man from the tribe of Judah? ? If Jesus is black then does the bible support it? ? Are Black people the original Hebrew Israelites? ? Is there any forensic and scientific proof that the messiah was black? ? Who is the man in the picture that is displayed in most churches around the world? ? Why is the colour of Jesus very important in revelation of the Anti-Christ? The answers to these all important and many more questions can be found in this book. This book is recommendable to every truth seeker who is uncomfortable with the lies, deception and conspiracy theories orchestrated by the wicked one and his agents to rob Jesus of his deity and true identity. It is not designed to be user friendly and it is an affront to racism living in the walls of churches and in the West. If Jesus is truly a black man according to the scriptures and evidences then it means that the real children of Abraham are also black. This book is a historical story of the most prominent figure ever known to mankind (JESUS) the founder of Christianity, the head of the church of God, the creator of the heaven and the earth. The book provides a detailed description, exposition, analysis (Forensic & Scientific) with huge biblical proofs and references of the true colour of YESHUA (whom the world calls Jesus) as 'BLACK' contrary to the blue eyed, blond haired, images of a WHITE messiah that appears in ...

Esoteric Knowledge, An Exploration: In The Valley of Supreme Masters by M.G. Hawking 3.9 Stars (9 Reviews)    Price verified 5 hours ago

Explore extraordinary esoteric knowledge long hidden in myth and secrecy. During a sixty-two month exploration of a closed inner region of the immense Himalayan wilderness, in an isolated valley surrounded by towering ice peaks, adventurer M.G. Hawking chanced on a small village where he encountered men and women possessed of abilities and knowledge virtually unknown to the Western world. What exactly is this knowledge? In Aristotle's arrangement of philosophy, esoteric knowledge falls under the aegis of metaphysics. It seeks to understand the fundamental nature of all reality, whether visible or invisible or anything else. It seeks a description so basic, so essentially simple, so all-inclusive, that it applies to everything. It attempts to tell what anything must be in order to be at all. Religion has never really done this, even though it vociferously claims to do so. Esoteric knowledge embraces three traditionally contrasted, if not completely separable, areas: 1) Experiences of Oneness with the ultimate, commonly interpreted as God, Infinite Being, All-That-Is, et cetera; 2) The extension of Knowing (extrasensory perception, including telepathy, precognition, and retrocognition); and 3) The extension of Doing (psychokinesis and telekinesis). These concepts involve the primacy and power of consciousness acting beyond the field of human ability as generally recognized in the Western world. These powers are however well-supported by research that has greatly enlarged our comprehension of the universe as compelling discoveries emerged from the field of quantum physics. "All matter originates and exists only by virtue of the existence of consciousness. Everything that we talk about, everything that we regard as existing, postulates consciousness. The mind is the matrix of all matter." -- Max Planck, Nobel Laureate, originator of Quantum Mechanics "Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one." -- Albert Einstein, Nobel Laureate "Consciousness ...

When Shaykh Albani Disagrees With Himself by Sadi Kose 4.1 Stars (5 Reviews)    Price verified 6 hours ago

About This Booklet It is known among those who read Shaykh Albani's books in Arabic that he contradicts himself when grading hadith. He may grade a hadith weak in one of his books but then we will find the same exact hadith declared authentic in yet another one. Here is an example: 'Uthman (ra) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) saying: "Spending a day on the frontier in Allah's way is better than one thousand days in any other place." -In his Al-Mishkah, Shaykh Albani said, "It is narrated with a chain containing an unknown (majhool) narrator (i.e., it is weak)." -In his Saheeh Sunan al-Nasaai, he declared it authentic (saheeh). -In his Daeef al-Jaami' he graded it weak (daeef). Some of the learned followers of the Shaykh already know this. Once, one of them was reminded that he claimed Shaykh Albani declared a particular hadith authentic. He was then asked if he was sure if indeed that was the case; here's what he said: "Well, I have looked it up in Saheeh al-Jaami' and Shaykh Albani (may Allah have mercy on his soul) graded it as hasan (fair). I don't know if he graded it as weak elsewhere." If this is the behaviour of some of his learned followers, what are the ordinary people to do when Shaykh Alabni disagrees with himself? In this booklet over 200 examples are given which illustrate how the Shaykh contradicted himself. God willing, more examples will be added in subsequent editions of this booklet.

The Do-It-Yourself Guide to Conscious Living: Unraveling Your Mindsets in 21 Days by Lorie Givens (Buck Stop Publishing) 4.7 Stars (23 Reviews)    Price verified 6 hours ago

Chosen by National Indie Excellence Awards as the 2019 Winner for Books on Relationships and by Next Generation Indie Book Awards as a silver medalist for Inspirational Non-Fiction, this powerful Do-It-Yourself resource brings you face-to-face with the one relationship in your life that dictates all the others - the one you have with yourself. It is a book about mindsets that will move you from trying to make sense of all kinds of things in your life that have already taken place to instead, making sense of the states of mind which keep you thinking about them. It is self-help with a warm conversational feel that will slow you down long enough to focus on what's really happening inside your thoughts that, like most people, you're probably unaware of. Simply put, this book will wake you up to the life we all live in our heads. It is one of this year's most down-to-earth yet thought-provoking reads, and what it will provoke you to think about is you: how you think, how you approach fear, anger, praise, criticism, judgment, worry, control, blame, trust, rules, listening, and even that one mindset we all share but seldom notice- our need to be right. It is respectful, non-critical, at times, unapologetic but, because it steps away from conventional norms, it will make you think and, more importantly, rethink lots of things about yourself while leaving you with a sense of calm at the end of each chapter. If you want to go from mindful to meaningful with a 'keepin' it real' authenticity, this book will help you do that and more and stay with you long after you've read it.

Whispers of The Holy Spirit: Revitalization; The Art of Restoration by Moses Elisha Johnson 4.6 Stars (3 Reviews)    Price verified 7 hours ago

This book is a token of God's love. Moses considers this book an effectual composition of love letters; letters of difficult truths, letters of growth, letters of compassion, and letters of encouragement. It is a continuation of the Revitalization series that is thought to be a mix between religion, her story of transformation, and helping others. Her currently published book titled, "Eyedentity" kicks off this book series by tackling components of sexuality, issues of the Christian life, social injustices, and many other things that were placed upon her heart after having an encounter with God. This book, however, is noted to be more simplistic in its aims; impactfully sharing more parts of her own story of brokenness and change through the thoughtful composition of letters written by her with the help of the Holy Spirit. She hopes that those who read will be positively impacted and that they will ultimately find the same pleasure, love, pure joy, peace, and restoration that she also found in Jesus.

Caring For Grace (Love on Palmar Island Book 3) by Susanne Ash 4.3 Stars (221 Reviews)    Price verified 7 hours ago

A single dad trying to find his way away from his career, a babysitter with too much on her shoulders, and the adorable nine-month-old who brings them together. Dr. Parker Flagg needs help with his daughter, Grace. After handling raising her by himself while teaching physics, he's reached his limits. He finds himself back home on Palmar Island, trying to get his feet back under himself with the help of his mother and the small southern community he grew up in. When a friend asks him to help out at the local high school, he agrees under one condition. He needs a reliable nanny to care for Grace. Robin Warren hasn't had the easiest upbringing. She's making the best of it, taking any job she can to cobble up enough money to attend the local community college part time. When she hears about a babysitting job that allows her to continue her class, she jumps at the chance. What neither of them expected was the instant attraction they felt. Maneuvering the fine line between professional relationship and budding love is hard enough in a small southern town where gossip runs rampant. But when Parker's ex-wife shows up out of the blue and wants back into Parker and Grace's life, all bets are off. Caring For Grace is a clean contemporary beach romance with a HEA and no cliffhangers.
