Despite the clarion call of "Diversity is our Strength" it's not religion, race, ethnicity, or gender that's important to a company's workforce: it's just talent and ability, and all the other qualities of good employees. This same principle applies to each of us in everyday life: be a patriot, a law-abiding citizen, a productive co-worker, and a dependable neighbor. Diversity should be left to proceed as it has always done throughout human history: by the free adoption of good inventions and good ideas by people worldwide from whomever and from wherever these inventions and ideas have materialized.
